Questions organisations ask
Can we sign our organisation up ourselves?
Not yet. The Ace10x team sets up each organisation so the seats, prices and contract dates match what you agreed. Get in touch and we'll create it and invite your owner.
How is it billed?
Per seat per year, with AI seats as an optional add-on. We send GST invoices, and your admin can view and print them under Billing.
What happens when someone leaves?
Remove them in the admin. They keep their own Ace10x account and profile. You keep their card, ready for the next person without reprinting, and every lead captured while they were with you. Their AI seat is freed.
Can people keep a personal Ace10x plan as well?
Yes. A person belongs to one organisation at a time and can still keep their own personal paid plan.
How do you protect students' data?
Profiles of students under 18 are only visible to signed-in members of the school and show no phone, email or contact form. They stay unpublished until the school records a parent's or guardian's consent, and can be erased at the end of the year.
Do we need new cards for our attendance system?
No new system. Our dual-frequency cards carry the 125 kHz chip your attendance, library or canteen readers already use, alongside NFC for the profile.
