Terms of Service

By creating an account, installing the Chrome extension, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access the Service, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Ace10x provides two core products:

Ace10x offers free trials and paid subscription plans for the LinkedIn AI extension. By subscribing:

• You authorise recurring charges at the applicable rate
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before expiry
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice

NFC Digital Identity Cards are a one-time purchase and are not subscription-based. Card orders are non-refundable once shipped.

When you order and activate an NFC card:

• The card links to your Ace10x digital profile
• You are responsible for the content displayed on your profile
• You may deactivate, report lost, or unlink a card at any time
• Lead data collected through your profile is stored securely and is accessible only to you
• Cards are shipped to the address you provide; Ace10x is not responsible for address errors

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated scripts to access the Service beyond normal extension functionality
• Upload harmful, illegal, or misleading content to your digital profile
• Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service while using the extension

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Ace10x and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you add to your digital profile. By using the Service, you grant Ace10x a limited licence to display that content as part of the profile page functionality.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Ace10x shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party actions (including LinkedIn policy changes)

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• Your account is inactive for an extended period

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Data associated with your account may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
